Shipping Policy

Delivery time: Orders are processed within 2 business days and most arrive within 5-9 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier, and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or missing orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@zantarah.com and we will make it right.
