Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5-9 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary by location and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or missing orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email sales@zantarah.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
